Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is where you review experiments, act on pending requests, and track results. It lives at app.shuttlebase.com. This page tours the main areas and links to the pages that cover each one in depth.

The dashboard home screen, showing conversion impact, total revenue impact, the cumulative uplift chart, and experiment totals.

The experiments list shows every experiment on your account as a summary card, with a full report behind each one.

A timeline view puts live experiments, concluded experiments, and upcoming candidates on one line, so you can see what is running now and what comes next.

The experiments list, grouped into running, paused, and deployed experiments, each card showing total visitors, the goal, and the start date.

Each experiment page includes:

  • Variant details and screenshots.
  • An activity log of everything that happened to the experiment.
  • Results over time, in hour, day, week, or month bins.
  • A segment breakdown, splitting results by new versus returning visitors, UTM source, medium, and campaign, and landing page.
  • Export of the winning variant’s code.

Some of these views may not be enabled on every account. Permission-gated controls let you pause or resume an experiment, disable a variant, or mark an experiment as implemented on your own site. See Experiment lifecycle for what each status means and Reading results for how to interpret the numbers.

Pending actions are the decisions waiting on you. There are four kinds: approve a launch, approve a launch after modifications, end an experiment, and deploy a winner. Each one shows the context you need to decide, and unanswered launch requests trigger email reminders. See Reviewing and approving for the full review flow.

The pending actions screen, each request showing its type, hypothesis category, platform, date, and buttons to share a preview or review and launch.

The performance page shows the account-level picture: annual visitors, purchases, and revenue, plus revenue uplift compared to a modeled baseline without Shuttlebase. It also tracks session conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor, along with experiment totals and success rate. A cumulative uplift chart plots the effect of every deployed winner over time, with deploy events marked and projections ahead. See Account performance.

The roadmap shows how Shuttlebase plans your optimization work. It connects opportunities found on your site to hypotheses grouped by category, and each hypothesis to the experiments that test it, with success stats per category.

The optimization roadmap, with a problem hypothesis on the left branching into the experiments that test it, each showing its dates and status.

Ask Shuttlebase is an AI assistant inside the dashboard. It answers questions about your account and experiments. Open it from the sidebar, pick one of the suggested questions or type your own, and it analyses your tracking and traffic data to answer. Past chats are listed alongside, and you can export a conversation with Summarize & Export.

The Ask Shuttlebase screen: a past-chats sidebar, suggested questions such as daily revenue anomalies and full-funnel conversion, and a box to ask anything about your account.

Answers come back as a mix of tables, charts, and written analysis, depending on what you asked for.

An answer in progress: a table of orders and revenue split by mobile and desktop, followed by a bar chart of revenue by device for the last seven days.

You can add, edit, and delete users on your account. Each user’s permissions control what they can do: manage users, approve pending actions, run experiment controls like pause and resume, and change account settings. See Users and permissions.
