Users and Permissions
You control who on your team can access the dashboard and what each person can do. User management lives in your account settings.

Managing users
Section titled “Managing users”If you have the manage users permission, you can:
- Add a user. New users get a welcome email with instructions to set up their account.
- Edit a user. Change a user’s details or permissions at any time.
- Remove a user. Removed users lose access immediately.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Each user gets a set of permissions. Give people only what their role needs.
| Permission | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Manage users | Add, edit, and remove users on the account. |
| Approve pending actions | Respond to launch, deploy, and end requests. See Reviewing and approving. |
| Experiment control actions | Pause an experiment, resume it, disable a variant, or mark an experiment as implemented on your own site. |
| Change account settings | Edit account-level settings such as automation settings. |
A user without a given permission can still view the dashboard, experiments, and results.
